I'm a CrossFitter with Mark Harris
Meet Mark Harris. Mark is one of our CrossFit St. Louis members, getting his WOD on regularly at 5:30 in the morning. Mark has experienced great success utilizing the CrossFit training method, mixed with a healthy compliment of the Paleo lifestyle (not strict 30 mind you, just a general 100% Paleo, 80% of the time approach to eating). Defining the Sport of Fitness
To us, CrossFit is not about making you specifically better at any single sport. To accomplish that, work hard in that sport and watch your skills develop through practice and training. We help you improve at the sport of fitness. Through our workout sessions (and the CrossFit WOD), we will define the sport of fitness for you, providing an excellent fitness foundation for your application in any sport, or simply in leading a longer, more independent life. Keep track of your work! Workouts are repeated periodically and tracking your progress provides confirmation of just how far you have come.
